  I feel sorry for staff working here, they are for the most part well mannered and helpful. They are the face of the manager, unfortunately and he has a lot to answer for;
  I called them at 6:20 ordered 3 pizzas wings, 3 pasta dishes & 2x1.25 soft drink, cashing in at $110 delivered. I was told within the hour, it's been over 2 hours.
  I have 5 really hungry kids still waiting to eat dinner at close to 9:00pm.
  I spoke with them 10 mins ago & I was told there was a "problem with the wings" and that we were next in line... (that's not a thing)
  Nevertheless you keep customers waiting over double ETA, you would offer a discount right? No.
  So I insisted on one & our charge for the above is now $100 instead of $110.
  It's taken me 10 mins to write this and still no food.
  
  Deplorable.
  
  I will be applying my own discount to our bill by halving it. Anything less is unacceptable.
  
  Zero stars, zero recommendations and for this everfailing restraunt.
